Maria is the inventor of 4x4-TETRA Deep Tech Matrix, the first RD&I certified operating system for deep tech institutions. She has led more than 200 deep tech projects across 25+ ecosystems and supported over €100M in funding outcomes. 98% of her long-term clients successfully avoided the Valley of Death.

Maria is actively involved in European programs including MassChallenge, 28Digital & EIT Health, Deep Tech Berlin, INAM, HIGHEST and Life Science Factory on deep tech commercialization and evidence based decision making.

Her background in chemistry, R&D, regulatory work and venture building, enhanced on quantum mechanics & neuroscience, gives her a rare cross-disciplinary view on why scientific ventures stall and how to make their progress scientifically predictable.
